Design Introduction

  • Kintowe PFC-3 is a high-strength composite material that uses thermosetting phenolic resin as the substrate and high-quality high-strength polyester fiber fabric as the reinforcing material. It is synthesized by advanced technology at a certain temperature and pressure. It can be used for high-pressure cylinder guide support rings with strong vibration in working conditions (such as excavators, piling machines, coal mining machinery, etc.).

    After the material is filled with a certain amount of solid lubricating material, it can also be used for various types of bushings, bearings, thrust plates and other mechanical parts.
